They also say they don't know how to contact Hosting Support. They say this comes up often but they still don't know who to contact. Seems rather disjoined. It would be helpful to have one place to contact for the multiple support areas. Quote

The best you can do is to contact any of the staff members on any of the given options listed above or ask your questions here in the forum. I know though that TCH are in the process of changing/updating their website so lets hope the confusion is fixed when done. Quote
