RedLineSwing Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 Hi, I shopped around, and you all seem like you have really reasonable prices and great support. Also, your website is really straightforward and professional, so I just registered my domain name with you guys and I'm signing up for webhosting. My question is this: When the registration asks me for the domain name I'm using for the your webhosting service, and I enter the one I just registered with you guys (redlineswing.com), it tells me that the domain is available. Is this just a time lapse while the registration is processed? What should I do to continue my webhosting order? Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 Did you get a confirmation on your domain purchase? If so there should be nothing to worry about. Use the domain name you purchased for registration purposes. And welcome to the family. <_> Quote
TCH-Dick Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 That simply means it isnt already hosted with us Quote
RedLineSwing Posted October 18, 2004 Author Posted October 18, 2004 Okay, sorry to keep being confused...I was going through registration and hit the back button to check something before I had completed payment. Now I'm getting an error message that the domain is already registered for a webhosting account with you, and I've received an invoice. Where do I need to go to complete my payment? Quote
TCH-Dick Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 I deleted it, you'll just need to go through the sign up again. When you clicked back it had already entered the domain into the database, so make sure all of your info is correct before hitting continue <_> Quote
