I've emailed you guys 3 times now using your "Ticket" system, and have not yet received a reply. Your website does not seem to have an online order form. No one answers emails. There's no phone number. If I finally get a reply on how to order, I'm not sure if I'd go with you guys at this point.

I asked some pre-sale questions on this forum, and was happy ro get such quick responses. But, I'm really surprised about how difficult it is to order a plan. I would think this would be where you want to react the quickest. Here I am knocking on the door with money in hand, and you guys don't answer.

 

HOW DO I ORDER??? And don't tell me to submit a ticket. Done that.

I'm sorry you haven't gotten a response yet. Part of the reason for no sign up forms for Dedicated Servers is that we are currently out of them, and I don't believe we currently have any new ones coming in. However I'll get Mike, the operations manager, to respond officially on where our dedicated server sales stand.
