Sending Mail Problem With Eudora

Hi there.

I still have a problem with my Eudora and TCH. I use Eudora 6.1 and a couple of weeks ago I couldn't send any mail because of Authentication Failure, so I solved the problem avoiding secure sockets when sending (in Eudora), so my program don't need authentication and SSL.

However, a couple of servers don't accept my mails because I don't have authentication.

Looks like the authentication asked by Eudora is STARTTLS (I don't know what that mean) and my question is why TCH don't accept my authentication and how can TCH servers accept those?

I have not encountered that error, I dont have authentication set in my software and I get no failures.

 

I am guessing that trabulsi.com.mx is your domain name hosted here? Have you tried changing your SMTP port to 26?
