LeeGoldsmith Posted September 21, 2004 Posted September 21, 2004 I am using Invision Power Board and want to know how to get the field in a user profile called "Member Title" under Posting Info to fill in. Should this be the User Title I setup for the number of posts they make. Please help. Lee Quote
TCH-Don Posted September 21, 2004 Posted September 21, 2004 If you mean one member in your admin > Users and groups > Find/Edit/Suspend User and edit the member details. Quote
LeeGoldsmith Posted September 22, 2004 Author Posted September 22, 2004 Don I did not explain my self very good in that first post. So I will try again. In a users profile under Posting Detail there is a field called Member Title. For all of my members it says "No Information". For me as the admin it says "Administrator". Is there something that should fill into this field for all users or not ?? I would think that the Rank Title (based on number of posts) would go there, but it does not. Is there a way to get this to happen or not ?? Thanks again Lee Quote
TCH-Rob Posted September 22, 2004 Posted September 22, 2004 Don was correct. If you go to your AdminCP, Users and Groups and then Find/Edit/Suspend User you can type a members name. When you find their name you will see an area called Member Title. You should notice that Don and I have something listed there but you and most members do not. I am not sure if there is a global setting you can use to have everyone have something there. Quote
LeeGoldsmith Posted September 23, 2004 Author Posted September 23, 2004 Thanks Don and Rob Now I understand. Lee Quote
