I'm not sure (other than in your welcome letter perhaps), but it's probably on the anniversary of the date you first joined. In your case that would be Feb 6, 2004. I found this out by clicking on your name and viewing your profile. The first box, "Active Stats," third item down gives the date you joined.

That's not a good indicator; that's the date you joined the forum. I joined the forum quite awhile after I joined TCH and many do beforehand to ask pre-sales questions.

If you can't find it I'd submit a ticket and ask sales to let you know. =)

If you registered your domain with TCH at the same time you opened your account you can check the date in the whois database.

h_tp://www.whois.sc

click the DOMAIN EXPLORER tab

and enter your domain name and click on search

toward the bottom will be a created date

Thanks for your help!

I can figure it out by the date the email came telling me my account has been set up. I was just curious if there was a countdown clock to let us know about how much time we have left, what we have used, or what day the account expires.

Maybe this would be a nice feature to add. It isn't terribly important, but it might be a nice feature for those who have multiple accounts and need to keep track of things so they don't lose information.

Thanks again!
