Gallery Vs Coppermine Comparison

I installed Gallery and it works OK, but seems to have a few glitches. Has anyone used both of these apps? Dependability is a priority.

 

Any info/suggestions is appreciated.

I use gallery. I recently tried to use coppermine but I couldn't get the batch import to work. Since I had gallery running already I continued to use it.

 

That's my very short story. I've heard coppermine is easier to customize as it's more templated; but I didn't delve since I didn't have the time to troubleshoot it. =)
