I have one more question, then I should be ready to sign up for a reseller account. Is it likely that I'll be in the Washington DC data center (HopOne)? I live in the Washington area, so it may be helpful if I'm hosted there. I may do a regional-oriented site as one of my projects.

It's not likely a deal breaker, but just wondering. I have another account on server 53 and have been pleased with its performance. Not sure if that one is in the DC center...

Thanks!

Thanks, Bruce. I saw another thread where it's discussed how it's pretty automated where new accounts end up.

I've seen that there have been problems with the NAC data center recently. I guess a follow-up question would be: Can I be at all assured that I won't be put in NAC?

Thanks

All the problems related to NAC where surrounding the move. That should all be behind us now and things should be pretty smooth going forward.

Question-

I just submitted a Help Ticket to add the reseller account. I want to add it in addition to the shared plan I already have. I was wondering though if that was the right way to go about ordering. Or should I have just used the order form?

Thanks

Either way should be fine though the latter may be better in the future. You did inform them that you were ADDING an account and not transfering your existing to resellers right?

Yes, I was very clear about that. Would it be wise to go ahead and use the order form now or wait for a help response (it's been a few hours)? I was hoping to get my account started today...

Thanks
