Does Using Cpanel Through A Firewall Need Udp?

I searched through and read some of the postings about accessing cpanel through a corporate firewall. Could not find this particular answer:

 

I understand cpanel uses port 2082. Is that TCP only, or UDP also? If TCP only, I can get my firewall admins to grant me an exception. If UDP is involved, no dice.
