kfosterm Posted August 20, 2004 Posted August 20, 2004 I'm considering picking up a couple more domain names. I already have 2 domains registered and hosted by TCH on separate accounts. Since I'm obviously treading into reseller catagory...I have a question about billing. Since I've already paid for a full year for each existing hosting account...do I get any credit for that when signing up for the reseller account and rolling the existing accounts into it? Thanks. Deverill Posted August 20, 2004 Posted August 20, 2004 Yes, they will consider what's remaining when signing up for the new account type. If you submit a help desk ticket (link at the top of the page) to Billing they can give you all the details and tell you what you have to do to make it happen. They will move your existing accounts under the reseller account for you too so you don't have to start from scratch. Quote
