I am trying to set up where we have five customer service employees send out emails, I want copies of all that sent to another email address without their having to cc the mailbox.

We do this on inbound by just using a forwarder.

I am thinking the email filter function would work on outbound but how???

Any ideas?

I don't know about the filter function on outbound (don't think so though) but I would think a form with the cc: or bcc: address built right in would work nicely and be simple enough to do. It would also give you consistency between 5 different users.
