A Few Basic Questions

I havent seen this covered elsewhere, though I looked. Here are a few

questions:

 

 

1. Is there a link from the main site www.totalchoicehosting.com to a user's account managment center at securepay.net? I came to totalchoice.com to manage my acccount and the only way I could remember the administration was at secure pay was by reading a forum post.

 

2. Does Total Choice own Securepay.net? or is secure pay a third party service that manages payments for other clients as well?

 

3. Monthly paypal information is not listed in the securepaynet managment area. Yet the initial charges for domain setup are there. Is this because Total choice no longer accepts paypal? or does the securepay system only manage sign-ups and private registrations and not handle monthly billing? I dont mind going to Paypal.com to verify transfers, but it seemed weird the info is not in secruepaynet

securepaynet.net is for Domain registration only, and is not actually Totalchoicehosting but another company that TCH partners with for domain registration. The only payment you manage through securepaynet.net is your yearly domain registration fee. There is a link to it from the TCH home page as "Domain Registrations".

 

Your monthly hosting billing is handled through TCH directly, separately from your domain registration fee. I'll let Rick or someone comment on where exactly you need to go for that, but you may want to send in a help desk ticket to billing for the best response.
