I havent seen this covered elsewhere, though I looked. Here are a few
questions:
1. Is there a link from the main site www.totalchoicehosting.com to a user's account managment center at securepay.net? I came to totalchoice.com to manage my acccount and the only way I could remember the administration was at secure pay was by reading a forum post.
2. Does Total Choice own Securepay.net? or is secure pay a third party service that manages payments for other clients as well?
3. Monthly paypal information is not listed in the securepaynet managment area. Yet the initial charges for domain setup are there. Is this because Total choice no longer accepts paypal? or does the securepay system only manage sign-ups and private registrations and not handle monthly billing? I dont mind going to Paypal.com to verify transfers, but it seemed weird the info is not in secruepaynet
