Domain Renewal

I can't get to my account to renew domains. SOMEWHERE I misplaced the password.

 

they send me a code to change my password but it's only good for 30 minustes and I am gone when it gets here.

 

 

where do I make the proper help ticket? or is that not the way to go?

Mike did you register it here? If so and you cant wait for an email password reset you may have to contact the domain helpdesk here.

That's what I did twice but by the time they send me the authorization code I have had to leave and it expires.

 

I am trying again.

 

I have 2 domains, one of which will renew auto.

Mike when you get the passwords all set,

I recommend the password keeper linked on the TCH help site under freebies

Anypassword will create an encrypted file that can be backed up to a floppy or other place. Then for someone like me, just one password is needed

I think I will do just that. I swore I put them down with the appropriate files they go to and now here I am resetting both.
