CyBoR_WolF Posted August 4, 2004 Posted August 4, 2004 I have created a subdomain and cannot view awstats for the subdomain. When I click on "SubDomain Stats" in cPanel, I recieve the following message... Unable to find any subdomains with stats pages What needs to be done to be able to view the stats of a subdomain? Quote
TCH-Rob Posted August 4, 2004 Posted August 4, 2004 Mine work fine. I would open a help desk ticket. Quote
TCH-Dick Posted August 4, 2004 Posted August 4, 2004 If you recently created the subdomain, then there will be no stats avaliable until Awstats updates. Quote
CyBoR_WolF Posted August 4, 2004 Author Posted August 4, 2004 Even if awstats has nothing to report yet for this subdomain (which it does since that subdomain has been visited) shouldn't there be a link to the awstats program instead of just seeing "Unable to find any subdomains with stats pages." The awstats program for the main domain is working fine, just having a problem with stats for the subdomain. Should I go ahead and submit a trouble ticket for this? Quote
CyBoR_WolF Posted August 4, 2004 Author Posted August 4, 2004 PS: I did just create this subdomain about 5 hours ago. How long does it normally take for awstats to "update" in order for the subdomain to be recognized, and start showing reports on it? Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted August 4, 2004 Posted August 4, 2004 awstats runs once every 24 hours. So it's possible that it will not appear until tomorrow. Quote
