I have created a subdomain and cannot view awstats for the subdomain.

When I click on "SubDomain Stats" in cPanel, I recieve the following message...

Unable to find any subdomains with stats pages

What needs to be done to be able to view the stats of a subdomain?

Even if awstats has nothing to report yet for this subdomain (which it does since that subdomain has been visited) shouldn't there be a link to the awstats program instead of just seeing "Unable to find any subdomains with stats pages."

The awstats program for the main domain is working fine, just having a problem with stats for the subdomain.

Should I go ahead and submit a trouble ticket for this?

PS:

I did just create this subdomain about 5 hours ago.

How long does it normally take for awstats to "update" in order for the subdomain to be recognized, and start showing reports on it?
