TCH-Rick Posted August 1, 2004 Posted August 1, 2004 You should have received an email from the Billing section reminding you that the account was about due for renewal. WHen you purchased the account it set up a recurring billing so the same credit card will be billed. If that information has changed there could be a problem. To check the status send in a Help Desk ticket to the link at the top of this page and address it to Billing. Someone there can check on things. Quote
