SlitheryImp Posted June 26, 2004 Posted June 26, 2004 Sorry, I have been searching for about an hour (constantly being sidetracked by other posts ) and haven't found it yet. A while ago someone posted a link to a page where you could enter a colour code, and a number of complimentary colours would be shown (even clashing colours if I remember correctly). Could someone please help me to find this site again? thankyou, Marcel. Quote

SlitheryImp Posted June 26, 2004 Author Posted June 26, 2004 Thanks again Rob, you guys are great. (ht*p://colormatch.dk/ doesn't work well with Firefox 0.9 though) Quote
TCH-Don Posted June 26, 2004 Posted June 26, 2004 Here is one that does work in firefox http://www.pixy.cz/apps/barvy/index-en.html Quote
SlitheryImp Posted June 26, 2004 Author Posted June 26, 2004 Thanks Don, that was one I had seen before, but I don't really understand how it works, could someone enlighten me? Quote
TCH-Rob Posted June 26, 2004 Posted June 26, 2004 Under the wheel look for Color schemes (About & Help) and click that link for a tutorial. Quote
TCH-Don Posted June 26, 2004 Posted June 26, 2004 (edited) There are lots of options. Click on a starting color dot, click the saturation and brightness sliders and the cold/warm degrees let you fine tune the color. At the bottom left is a link for help. Edited June 26, 2004 by TCH-Don Quote

SlitheryImp Posted June 26, 2004 Author Posted June 26, 2004 lol, just like me, another colourblind male, according to my girlfriend.... Quote
Deverill Posted June 28, 2004 Posted June 28, 2004 One I like for a quick idea is color.twysted.net - not the best but it gave me a couple of ideas a time or two. Quote
Ninepatch Posted June 28, 2004 Posted June 28, 2004 In the upper right hand is a partially filled in color-wheel that looks like a flower. Double click that and the main area of the screen will display the destructions. When you're done, double-click to get out of it. Quote
