Filtering Out Everything

I can't seem to figure out a way to filter out (discard) all email except for mail with something specific in the subject line. In other words ONLY mail with say, "User Form" gets to userform@**** mailbox.

 

If this is already spelled out somewhere and I missed it I apologize.

You could use "Subject matches Regex" but I've not learned the syntax for them.
