guita01 Posted May 28, 2004 Author Posted May 28, 2004 I submited a help ticket. There was something wrong with the DNS settings and they fixed it. The .org works now. Yes the .org was the parked domain and the .com is the main one. However I still can't use my FTP program. Quote

guita01 Posted June 3, 2004 Author Posted June 3, 2004 Fixed it.... My FTP client was still using the 209.152.xxx.xx number that I got with the Welcome e-mail. For some reason that must have changed when they upgraded the server. I entered the ftp.mysite.com in the FTP program and it works. Quote
