How Do I Confirm This?

As many of you know i am in progress with moving my two sites jikrantz.se and marve.se to a reseller package but something went wrong when tech support transferred them. TCH-Andy asked me to submit a new ticket so the guys could try to transfer them again. I did that and Aromal now tells me:

Hello,

 

We could not find entries on server23 for

 

jikrantz.se

Username: xxxxxx

 

and on server72 for

 

marve.se

Username: xxxxx

 

 

Could you please confirm that it was hosted on server23 and server72.

 

Let us know if you have any other queries.

How can i confirm this? Unfortunately i dont have the welcome emails for the servers 23 and 72.

I should hope you had your site on 23. You posted in that forum with issues and I am sure you wouldnt do that in the wrong forum.

 

I can confirm your existence on 23 Thomas, now when I ping your jikrantz.se domain I see it is on 65 as is marve. I am thinking there are no entries because tyeh have been move to the reseller account. If someone were to look at data as it was before you got the new account they may be able to see that it was there, maybe a backup or something.

I see now that jikrantz.se is very down too even if reuploaded everything yesterday before i knew i could ask the support to retry transfer. No mail no nothing works, except marve which are in that reseller package (or how to put it).

Thomas, reply to the ticket and let them know that jikrantz.se and marve.se are on 65. They were on 23 and 72 before moving them to the reseller package with jikrantz.se as the main account. Now both are gone, please restore from backup jikrantz.se from 23 to 65. Cut and paste this if you need to.

I dont think its anyones fault. What i do wonder though is how no entries can be found on servers or backups and why didnt guestbooks go with the transfer the first time or atleast was viewable?
