Help Finding Poll Script

Hey gang...

 

 

Anyone know where I can find either a CGI or PHP script for a Poll that allows for multiple questions. I am looking for something that allows for up to 10 questions with a multiple choice answer... like yes, no, not applicable etc.

 

If anyone knows of a good place to start the hunt, please let me know.

When I tried to find one I used hotscripts.com; and went to the php section, scripts - polls. Some good stuff there. =)

That is one of the best repositories for scripts out there; by now you've probably discovered that theres about 40 pages of php polling scripts.. Fun fun.

I know! OMG... I am going thru them now. There are so many... guess I will have to try out a few to see which one best suits the purpose.
