I've had these problems on shared hosts in the past, but I'd heard TCH was much better. I attempted to reply to an email I was sent and my reply was bounced back with the following failure:

 

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

 

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its

recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

According to link:

 

This listing indicates that the mailserver you are sending our users mail from
