dognamedmoses Posted March 7, 2003 Posted March 7, 2003 For the reseller accounts, do they come with SSH access by default? or do they still need to ask for it... Also, I read somewhere earlier that the reseller accounts give you access to the dns or something, is that true? Anything else you could tell me about reseller would be helpful, I have to move my business accounts from verio (they are too expensive and blacklisted on some spam lists) and of course I'm a little nervous. chuckmalani Posted March 7, 2003 Posted March 7, 2003 For SSH you still need to ask for it, for each account. You need to give TCH a valid technical reason for the request. Since this is for your businesses, I would email the Bosses and give them more specifics. Not sure about the DNS info... Quote
