Hi, As for number 2 & 3: If I understand you correct, you want to use two domains pointing to different pages in the same account? In a virtual account you are not allowed this per the AUP. This would need a reseller account. If you have a reseller account, I think you are good to go. Otherwise you can have 2 or several domains parked on a virtual account, but they must point to same pages.

We´ll investigate what´s happening. In the meantime, please ignore any suspicious pm´s etc. NOTE, do not delete them if we need to check them.
