  1. Here's a somewhat related question.. I have several domain names, I'm not currently using them for anything, but I don't want them to stay 'dead' either. Is there a way I can put a page up for these domain, without having a hosting plan for each? Maybe just a page that says 'go here instead' ?
  2. As I understand it, the act requires specific information to be included in each email, perhaps their servers scan outgoing mail for that information (or someone just looked at a few), saw the required information was missing (since most spammers don't include it) and suspended delivery?
  3. Everything else aside, I have to say this is the single most annoying 'feature' of *nix servers. I started trying to just use lower case for everything after that, when run on windows servers it could care less what the case is, but if you transfer to a *nix service, you end up having to do a lot of editing!
  4. How about this? <a href="java script:window.external.AddFavorite('http://www.example.com', 'My Page Title')">http://www.example.com</a> nm.. just tried it in firefox and it doesn't do anything.
  5. Are you saying you want to take the content of a page, say 'thispage.html' and broadcast it to 5000 people? If so, a simply email list and a script to paste the html page to it sounds like it would do what you want (assuming everyone on the list can accept html messages). A list would also allow people to subscribe/unsubscribe on their own. Or was there something more?
  6. How fancy do you want it? I have a simple CGI script I wrote for my gallery. Edit: DOh! http://www.thehomeforums.com/cgi-bin/pendragon.cgi I've got some editing to do on it, now that it has so many pictures in it, mostly cosmetic.
