Hi, I set up a new acct with TCH, I received a confirmation e-mail on Feb 8. Yesterday, Feb 15 I changed name servers to TCH. Problem, I cannot begin to publish because I have not received an "Order Complete" e-mail with my user name and password for C-Panel. I have another acct with TCH "lil bear" but I made this one under a new acct. Any ideas? Thanks, Lee

Hi all, I installed guestbook on my site www.ourlilbear.com. I used AdvancedGuestBook 2.3.1 It is working just fine but I can't get into the admin area. Says I am using a wrong username or password. I have tried everything conceivable but still can't get in to admin. I used my username and password for the site and also tried a couple of other possibilities. Any ideas? Thanks, Lee

Thank you for getting back to me on this so quickly. I really love this board...everyone is so helpful and pleasant to Ayman: Thank you for your well wishes for Austin. He is having surgery in May and of course I (Austin's Nana) will be there! He just had tubes put in his ears 2 weeks ago and now his little body is rejecting the tubes and developing an absess around the tubes so there may be more surgery for him before May. Poor little guy.

This seems strange. My husband and my sister both have their own computers. They tried opening my site by going www.ourlilbear.com and what they found was Totalchoice Hosting and it says the domain is parked. Now, if they just go to ourlittlebear.com they get the site. Any suggestions? Thanks, Lee

You guys are great! I have my website published to the web now. I was a little over anxious to get it up and running but now I have to finish designing my site! Actually I am putting this site up for my grandson and I wanted my son and daughter-in-law to be able to watch the website during the construction of it, thus the rush to get it published. I live in NH and they live in CT so the only way they can see how it is progressing is to go the website. Thank you all so much for your help!!!!! Lee

Ok, I corrected my FTP directory and still can't publish. The error I get is: "Error connecting to FTP Server at ftp.ourlilbear.com" How do I know when name is proprogated? Thanks everyone. Lee

I am trying to publish my website to the web using CuteSite Builder but it isn't working. Can't I publish from this program, or do I have it set up wrong? This is how I used to publish when I used ValueWeb as my host. I have tried setting CuteSite up the same way using my username and password for TCH but it doesn't publish. This is how I have CuteSite Builder set up: FTP Site Name: ourlilbear.com Web Site Address: ourlilbear.com FTP Host Address: ftp.ourlilbear.com FTP Host Port: 21 FTP User Name: I put my TCH user name here FTP Password: I put my TCH password here Default Filename: default.htm FTP Mode: passive Does anyone out there use CuteSite Builder? If so, have you been able to publish to web this way? Thank you for any help you can give me. Lee
