  3. I've had the same experience with my previous hosting companies. If something breaks, they refused to admit there was a problem, tried to blame everyone else, and there was NO information until you get a response to a trouble ticket days later "try it now, we didn't find anything wrong but it should be working now" Mad!!!   4. Jim, that's a directory created by Cute Site Builder to hold an object such as a word file, pdf, or similar.
  5. Is it always the same directory, 'HTMLobj-3117'? If so have you tried deleting the object in that directory and then reinserting? Is there something different, type, size, etc with the object in that directory?
