  1. I was having problems with my site after a server failure, but thanks to the diligence of Vivek Bhatia, my site is back up and functioning. I appreciate his efforts so much. All I had to do was open a ticket and the problem was investigated and eventually solved in a timely manner. I've been a member for 2 years and any concerns or questions have always been resolved or answered quickly and efficiently, so all in all, I'm very pleased with the service.
  2. This is a great option in the cpanel. I'm in the process of understanding it better. Today, for instance, I attempted to "upload the homebackup and the rest to restore my site", as you indicated. A list of files appeared with the message Restoring Files. However, nothing else happened. Finally, through the forum for server 35, Andy told me to submit a ticket and he restored my site using the backup gz file that I had uploaded via ftp. My question is: Will I be able to restore it myself in the future, or will I have to submit a "ticket"? I'm thinking maybe I did something wrong or didn't wait long enough. Thanks, Sandy
  3. That's a good suggestion for those who haven't already updated their version of MT, and I've already installed that plugin. I guess I'll have to wait to "update" my version at a later date. The server has been down now for 2 hours.
  4. I have MT and next to the latest version, with all the latest anti-spam plugins. I decided, though, to update my site to the latest version today due to the notice I received via email. Right in the mist of my "update" the server (35) goes down. It's been down now for an hour. I sent in a ticket and promptly got a reply to "please co-operate". It's frustrating.....
