  13. It seems as though it was Tiga. I tried another test theme and the widgets work just fine.
  14. Thanks for that. You are correct as after the install, under the presentation menu there is a "widget" tab. On my first try the widgets will not move around or change position. I will play around with it and see if I can get it to work for me. Maybe a file permission adjustment? Thanks again Thomas and Bruce
  15. Well, I followed the detailed instructions. Everything went smooth with one glitch. The "Sidebar Widget" plugin will not activate. Version 1.2.1.20070210b Suspecting conflict with another plugin, I tried activating first, with no others activated....same result Using Tiga 1.0.2 Any ideas before I load the backup and start over? I should have waited until Bruce posted a
  16. Thanks DWD. You even beat Thomas to the punch on this one.

  20. Very cute Thomas. Enjoy your new addition to the family. It's always fun to watch how the family dynamics change when a new member arrives.

  22. Thank you very much Dick. It is now working just fine. I am guessing that I messed it up when I set the nameservers in reverse for that domain. Or, was it possibly something else? Thanks Dick and Alex for all your assistance and Super Service! This came about when I was about to go with Thunderbird and drop Outlook cold turkey. I know many of you have done it and live better lives because of it. When I couldn't make the proper connections with Thunderbird, well I almost dropped my plan but thanks to you boys......all is well. Have a super weekend Mike
  23. Good Morning I have a domain on Kalee that I am still having trouble sending and receiving mail. I have tried both Outlook and Thunderbird with all the correct settings (tried both ports 25 and 26 for smtp). Even tried using my ISP for outgoing. I have a few other domains on Kalee (Old 97) and they all working fine. I talked with TCH Alex via help desk ticket and may not have explained my trouble very well. Here is what I have so far for errors that differ from my other domains. From DNS Stuff I have checked "Authentication" This is another suspect. All my domains use DNS3 and DNS4 for nameservers. All the working e-mail accounts on my other domains are listed from a DNS record A lookup in that order (DNS3 then DNS4). On the domain I am having trouble with the report lists the nameservers in reverse (DNS4 then DNS3). So, the domain e-mail I am having trouble with is pointing to DNS4 first and my other domains are pointing to DNS3 first. That's all I know. Any ideas gang? Thanks
  24. It turned out to be a dns error on the server when I created the account. The nameservers were correct. Thanks to Tom and Alex for the quick response and fix.
  25. Thanks Don. I will do that now.
