  1. Ahhh! Figured out what I needed to do. It's amazing how much reading the SpamAssassin documentation helps.
  2. Yep. I've got it working basically the same way except I don't want to see the SPAM report. I just want it to mark it as SPAM and be done with it.
  3. Is there a way in which I can set up SpamAssassin to just tag messages as probable spam without including the verbose dialog within the message itself?

Within the email which SpamAssassin targets is a verbose heading message about how this mail has been detected by server??.totalchoicehosting.com as being probably SPAM etc. etc. Am wondering if there's a way for us to custom edit that message, or, at the very least, inserting our own domain name.
  5. Hmmm... interesting. I sent two messages from Horde yesterday, one to a local acct which didn't come through, the other (right afterwards) to an external acct. which made it OK. I chalked it up to being a possible side-effect of yesterdays DOS mess. Maybe there's more to it.

  7. I'm giving that a whirl, Bruce. The only thing that worries me is that it looks like there's a limited number of blacklist and whitelist slots, or is that just an optical illusion?
  8. That's good on the user level, but I want to do this at the mail management level, before it even gets to the user.
  9. Let's say there's a few legit users out there who email from NOTMAIL.COM and mail from THEM I'd like to allow to go on to their normal destination (one of my assigned email accts). All other mail from NOTMAIL.COM I'd like to trap for review in a folder in my central account. What's the most practical way to go about this little trick?
  10. Am wondering how I can configure the E-Mail filter to bounce back mail addressed to a specific user, rather than show up in the catch-all. Or is there a better way to do this than using the E-Mail filter?

  12. Just completed it, Mike. Thanks for your help. Incidentally I did get a responding email from the ticket. Strange stuff.
  13. Who's best to contact if I've not received an email confirming my acct. setup after 24hrs?
