Prefix of all tables: This is what i have so far: #1. localhost #2. myusername_linkup - in the Add DB box of cpanel #3. myusername - in the Username Box of cpanel #4. mypassword - in the My Password box of cpanel #5. Don't know what to put here!!!!! I am very new to the php/mysql thingy. Any help would be greatly appreciated on this subject!!!

Hi all, I have a question about the mailman mailing list. I am wanting to set up a mailing list for a bi-monthly newsletter. The newsletter is published in PDF format. Is there a way that when i set up the mailing list that i can attach the newsletter and send it to the subscribers or is there a different way i have to go about it instead of using mailman? Any and all help is appreciated

Jimuni, Mine is based on my religious path. I currently have several forums set up and working on submitting to the search engines. It does seem Google gets you added quicker than the rest of them lol. I have been adding my addy o my signature as well in my emails so hopefully i will get some return on that as well! Good luck with your traffic

Rick, Thank you very much for your advice I done what you suggested and everything works perfectly now!!!! Many thanks

My site is new as well Once i get everything ready to go i plan on doing banner exchanges with other sites and so forth. I had done this previously with free hosting sites and aquired a lot of traffic from it so i think that would be a great way to start since search engine submissions take up to a month or more if you don't pay to have your site added to their database Hope this helps a little

Hi all, I was in the process of installing a script and i got a 500 error code. I went into cpanel to check the error and this is what i got: Premature end of script headers: /home/user/public_html/cgi-bin/eventpublisher/eventpublisher_admin.htm can someone tell me what this means. It seems the script is fine but i don't know what to do from here Thanks everyone!

I was just looking at my analog stats page and it shows this #reqs: %bytes: organization Followed by a number below each. What exactly is this? Thanks
-
WOW! That was quick lol. I have already done the steps that you outlined but still get the same error Inside the script it does as for a path simular to /home/"username"/www/ etc. I think this is where i am messing up lol. Can you tell me if by using /home/"my username"/public_html/cgi-bin/ is the correct path that i need to put in there? Thanks again...i appreciate your help

I'm new and need a little help! I have recently installed a cgi script to my account and keep getting a 500 internal service error. I have edited the script, saved it as a text file and also chmod it to 755 as the instruction stated. i even transfered it in ascii format. The only thing i can think of is my path in the cgi is wrong. The installation instructions state to use the "path" not the "url". Can anyone give me some help with this. Thanks in advance!!!
