Ok thanks for the tip on the nameserver......I don't have a clue what that means but a good friend is going to help me. Thanks for the welcome....this web board was what really did it for me......Yahoo had no such setup....even though Yahoo has it's logo on the host services they bought out the orig Host about a year after I signed up and other than contact with Customer Care....which was ok I didn't have anywhere to really communicate with others.....I hate Yahoo popups so stayed away from there so called help communities. This type of board is close to what I love and that is the public usenet groups. I did order the Silver Plan last nite and received the first email but nothing yet about activation.

LOL oh gawd you make it sound so easy......I will have to run some trial and errors. I put many hours into the site and I do have everything...graphics and text files on my HD. Have a Happy Day2 Donna

Thanks for that info......the coding is called dirty by html geeks [no offence I am a geek too in other areas] but I will keep that suggestion in mind. I have a flash drive which I plan to use for backup. If all else fails I can experiment and try to convert the pages to FrontPage. Thanks again and have a Happy Day! Donna

Ok I am thinking about.....well 99% sure I want to move my domain to TCH, the Domain is registered [4 years now] and has been hosted at Yahoo Webservices which was independent up until about 2 years ago and was taken over by Yahoo....sorry can't remember the orig name of the Host. Anyway the whole site was created with PageBuilder [it's a different version than the one on geocities] and my problem is can the site be transferred or will I need to build it from scratch? I have looked at the posts on Cute Site Builder and from what I have read appears to be a much better program than PB as it is not restricted to online use. Ok I also have FrontPage 2003 but have not had the time to learn it well enough to convert my whole site to that format. I have about 50 pages. TIA for any suggestions Donna
