  1. Hello. I have a few clients that seem to have problems sending emails from their Outlook when they are on the road (traveling). They seem to always have problems sending emails, but receive them fine. When I test the server, everything seems to be working fine. When I test using the Webmail tool it works fine. So typically I have them use the Webmail while they are on the road, then when they get home everything starts working fine again. Any ideas why this would happen? It has been a few clients, with different TCH accounts. And they are always on Outlook and staying in a Hotel using their internet connection. The wierd thing is that they receive no error message, and Outlook shows it as sent. But then the recipient never gets the email. ?Thoughts?

  3. Hmm, I thought I remember the stats just always being there automatically, with no configuration. Anyway. I'm trying to install this script and it's not working. I keep getting prompt for username and password and after 3 attemps it fails "Authorization Required". I have tried it on several accounts with different domains, usernames and passwords. Always the same result. Failure. Even the same result when I try using Firefox. I've checked and rechecked usernames and passwords. Any ideas? I'm able to access the stats at http://****:2082/awstats.pl Then it prompts for cpanel username and password and works the first time. Do you see any problem with giving this address to clients to retrieve stats? Thanks for your help.
  4. Thanks Bruce. So it this something new? I have about 50 clients on Total Choice. I have to do this on each account?
  5. I have several clients on Total Choice Hosting. In the past I always just went to www.domainname.com/stats to see the statistics report. Now I get nothing on all accounts. What happened? How do I access the stats without going through Cpanel? More importantly, how do I have my clients access stats withouth using cpanel? thanks.
