How can an email user change their password without going into cpanel? I could have sworn there was a way, but I can't find it for the life of me...

I was using a Flash-based chat called Flashchat that can be found at tufat.com However, it may be a resource hog on the mysql tables...but they are planning on releasing an IPB integrated version soon.

I don't think they view resellers as competing, as I just 'stole' a customer from them with their help. I'd imagine that TCH feels that they are getting paid one way or another...at least in my case, the guy is paying exactly what he WAS paying, and I'm basically giving it right back to TCH. But at this point, I'm not a typical reseller. I'm just lining up enough clients to cover my costs, and that's about it. If I decide to host more sites down the road, that's fine... While I'm in this thread, what's the status of the new servers that were coming this week? Any news?

I just moved a site to my server (from a different TCH server), and everything came over fine except the counter...it displays http://www.tex-n-me.com/cgi-sys/Count.cgi?...00;139;216|dd=D Is this a permissions thing? Where do I fix it? Thanks!

I'm on server20 as well, and experienced both of these downtimes. however, both times everything was back within THREE MINUTES of submitting a ticket.
