This must be a common issue. I'm sure I had tech support cursing my name yesterday when I asked why my domain wasn't working yet (in my defense I, wrongly, thought it would be a smooth transition from the old host/DNS to here without downtime inbetween so when I saw it down, I asked about it). But they humored me and it's now working fine today. Again, sorry about that! At least I now know if I ever need "real" help I can get it.
