Hi... I've hosted my site with TCH before, and I'm planning to come back now. I'm thinking about get SILVER plan. I know that I can have unlimited parked domains. And I know how to make parked domains point do diferent directories, so I can get my sites at the same account. Can I do this by myself, or this will violate TCH usage policies? (I can't afford a reseller account). And another question: Is there any way to customize my plan? For example, get 500mb of space (instead of 850) for a lower price? Thank you very much. :-)

You must have a folder out of your "public_html", something like "mojo_files". This folder must have write permission. In the config.pm file, set the variable $FILES to something like: $FILES = '/home/your_user_at_tch/mojo_files';

I'm configuring a cgi script to send my site's mailing list. I have now 741 subscribers. I can configure the script to send X messages every Y seconds/minutes/hours. I would like to know what are the best values for X and Y, that don't cause any problems to TCH servers. Thanks.

My hosting plan is Deluxe. Can I have a url redirection (like http://www.shorturl.com/) that point to a subdirectory of my site? And a domain rediretcion, something like http://www.something.tk that doesn't use the TotalChoice dns name servers, but is just a redirection to some subdirectory? Can I do this?

Sorry for my ignorance, but... what means SEO? Well, I'm using frames because my site is in a subdirectory, and I'm using a page with an "invisible frame", and another frame that points to the home page. Is there any another way to do this? Because a simple redirection could take some delay time... or not? And don't be sorry. Thank you.

Everything is installed and configured correctly... but I only can send cards to something@**** ... ALL others e-mail address that are not of my domain return that error message.

I'm installing a php postcard script (vCard Lite), and it seems that when I send a card to an e-mail address out of my domain, I got an error like this by e-mail: Does anyone know what is happening? * someone@notmydomain.com is just an example.

My site's Cpanel doesn't seems to be the same that I saw at Cpanel Test Drive. Are diferent versions? Which is the latest version?

I'm transfering my site to TotalChoice, but didn't changed DNS server of my domain yet. So I'm accessing my site through some address like http://99.99.999.99/~mysite/. All images on my site are refered like this: <img src="/img/image.gif">. But it's not working, the images are not appearing. It's trying to show a image at "http://99.99.999.99/img/image.gif" instead of "http://99.99.999.99/~mysite/img/image.gif". Will it works when I configure my domain's DNS servers? Or I cannot use this way (/img/image.gif) to call the images?

I'm trying to set up a parked domain, but it seems I have no permision to do that. I didn't change the DNS servers of my main domain yet. Parked domains only works after my main domain is working?

Do TCH have any restrictions to host sites in non-english languages? My site's language is brazillian portuguese, and the main subjetc is Wicca (paganism, witchcraft and magick). Is there any problem?
