  1. Gee, that sounds just like my Fuji FinePixS7000. Cool picture. It makes a great desktop background, too. Bob
  2. Hrmmm, 85 views and only one reply. No one, save Rob, is curious about the past at all? I myself would love to go watch the end of the Jacobite Rebellion at the battle of Culloden if for no other reason than to see what really happened. Remember; the winners write the history books. You could, if you were so inclined, go watch one of Henry the VIIIs' many weddings or his one funeral. You could watch the Wright brothers test a new glider design or help Benjamin Franklin fly a kite. It could be anything you can think of like watching cheese being eaten for the very first time. Now that was a VERY brave person. =) Don't be shy, there's got to be something you would have liked to witnessed. Bob
  3. My actual bike. http://tinyurl.com/atgef And before you ask, It was fairly balmy that day. =) Bob
  4. Hi, y'all. Let's suppose you've been presented with a unique opportunity. Someone has given you a round trip ticket on their Time Machine. You can go anywhere and ermmm.... anywhen. The Time Machine is perfectly safe with all the latest drivers and and upgrades installed. Where and when would you go and would you be likely to cash out the return ticket on your arrival? Bob

  10. I appreciate it, Bruce. I was just explaining why I wanted it to forward the attachment. To answer your question; no it will not forward a plain email. I'm obviously doing something wrong but I'll be hornswaggled if I know what it is. I have my username set as the one I was issued, I have incoming mail server set as mail.themorancanvas.com, the account is set as info@themorancanvas.com and the password is correct. I am getting the auto responder email. Thanks, Bob I only suggested you try without an attachment to see if that was the problem. <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
  11. Yay! I get a cookie. Thanks, Bob
  12. according to http://www.totalchoicehosting.com/forums/i...hl=mail+servers Then my mail servers would be mail.themorancanvas.com, correct? Bob
  13. What if we set up an account for info@themorancanvas.com in OE or Thunderbird? All I would need then is the name of the mail server, wouldn't I? Bob
  14. Well, it has to be able to forward the attachment. We get a lot of attachments from people who are wanting to get work done and would like a picture of the proposed job. We have software that will allow us to show people what their home/business would look like after we did our work. Bob
  15. I had the forwarder set up just as you suggested. There are no error messages. Bob
  16. Hi! I have my main email for my yet to be built website as info@themorancanvas.com. I have it set to forward any email I get to to my bellsouth email account. I also have my auto responder set. The test messages i am sending (with a .jpg attachment) to info@themorancanvas.com aren't being forwarded to my bellsouth account but i am getting the responder email. What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Bob
  17. It was Zone Alarm that did the deed. I turned it off, started Firefox and entered the url and zipboombang the page loaded normally. =) Now it loads normally with ZA on. Go figure. Thanks again! Bob <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I've also enabled Mozilla in my Java console. Maybe it's time for an upgrade. Bob

  19. It could be that one or more of my trusted anti-spam minions could be over doing it a bit. I'll check into it. Thanks for such speedy help! Bob
  20. Hi! I am trying to set up my email for my website but when I use Firefox it takes forever for Cpanel to load and it exentually ends up looking like the enclosed example. Cpanel loads fine in IE but I try not to use IE at all if possible. I did a search for "Cpanel Firefox" but there were no related posts. Are there things I can change in Firefox that will fix the problem? Thanks, Bob

  23. Ayup, looks like Firefox to me. Can't blame them, really. Bob
  24. 'Tis me, allright. Up til now, I couldn't get it to load in a browser. I still can't go to CPanel even though I know my username and password are correct. So, now that we know I'm still a customer, how do I register a new domain name for it? Thanks for your help, btw. Bob
