Cpanels - Before Domain Is Pointing.

Can you access and add forums to a site before the domain is pointing to the site?

 

If so, how do you get into your cpanel?

 

I am referring to a domain in my family, not the main domain itself.

In your welcome e-mail it shows how to access your cpanel

http://IP~user/cpanel

If you are a reseller just use the user name for that account,

then just install the forum from there.

correction it is

http://IP/cpanel/

then login with user and password
