If I own the domains mysite.com and mysite.net but have only one web site, mysite.com, how can people who type mysite.net into their browser be automatically directed to mysite.com?

Just make mysite.net dns servers point to TCH and submit a help ticket that you want it set up this way. I have done this for a couple of dot coms and I'm pretty sure a dot net would be handeld the same. PS: there is no charge to do this.

Hi ekrimmel, and welcome to the family! :)

As youneverknow states. Just point the domain name servers to ns1.totalchoicehosting.com and ns2.totalchoicehosting.com and then open a Help Desk ticket to support and request that they park the second domain on your current domain.

Also, moving to appropriate forum for organization.

Thanks for the help! As someone who is new to this stuff I really appreciate it. And thanks TCH-Bruce for the link to the Help Desk, that was helpful. I was able to submit a ticket without a problem.

Thanks again- it's great to be part of the family!
