Ftp Help

Hello,

I am trying to create a new ftp account to be able to access only one directory. I made the account with cpanel and set the directory there with the same name as the user name. When I try to access through wsftp I get an authentication error. Iam able to access the main ftp acount no problem.

Make sure you enter the username in the form of username@domain.com and not just username for all accounts you set up in CPanel.
