Svc. told me the evening of 4/20 they would provide a Paypal link so I can pay for the upgrade. It's been 24 hours and I haven't heard anything yet. I've had a ticket open on this since I first inquired on Monday 4/19 about a reseller account. Is this the norm, and is the delay in getting the Paypal link? This was something I needed to get set up quickly because I have a client site that needs to go live ASAP. Quote
