TheArtist Posted April 18, 2004 Posted April 18, 2004 For the last couple of days I've tried to join TCH four times, but was denied and accused of fraud by your automated system. I tried contacting Sales Friday under Live support, but I wasn't able. I then talked to Jacob from support, but the first time I tried contacting him he wasn't recieving my messages from live support. It worked the second I tried but Jacob told me that he couldn't help, that I needed to talk to someone from sales. Saturday after trying for over an hour I made contact with Sales via live support, it was Jacob. Jacob was unable to help me because the chat room was super slow. Today someone from Sales via live support recommended that I submit a support ticket, but I told this person that you have to be a member to submit a ticket, but this person told me that it will work without the Cpanel Username and password and even gave me the URL to support. I tried, but like I said it didn't work, requested a Cpanel Username and password. I'm not sure if I want to join anymore, but what I'm now worried about is if the system accused me of fraud by mistake, will it bill me the four times I tried signing up? I would really appreciate some help. Thanks! Tom Quote
TCH-Sales Posted April 18, 2004 Posted April 18, 2004 The Help Desk ticket would be the way to go, just put "idunno" for the cpanel name and password since you don't have one yet. Also you could put in an e-mail to sales@totalchoicehosting.com and we can have a look at your issue there as well. Quote
TheArtist Posted April 18, 2004 Author Posted April 18, 2004 I just submitted a ticket Thanks for your help Mitch! Quote
TCH-Dick Posted April 18, 2004 Posted April 18, 2004 For your other question, no you wont be billed for the attempts that failed. Quote
