How Do I Know What Server My Sites Are On?

Normally you would see it at the top of your control panel; but if the server is down you won't be able to get there.

 

In the meantime, if you submit a support ticket (link at the top of the forum) including your username and domain name, the support staff will be able to look into it. =)
