Help -- Can't Buy Hosting Plan!

I'm trying to get my fourth domain -- mannersguy.com -- transferred to TCH and hosted here with the Silver Plan. I completed the whole transfer thing, but when I tried to set up Silver Plan hosting, it gave me an error saying that mannersguy.com was already on the system.

 

Trouble is, I have no idea how to get to the settings or what's actually up. I get an error at www.mannersguy.com/cpanel, and the system won't even recognize any of my TCH usernames (ak, akantor).

 

Help!

 

1. What's up with mannersguy.com? (When can I get CPanel access?)

2. Why does the system say that neither ak nor akantor is registered? I am, honest!

Please go to the support desk, and open a support ticket, and we will get deeper into this. I have not found it on any server yet.

I'd love to but I can't. It won't take any of my three usernames: akantor, ak, or ack.

On a related (?) note, when I log in to the Domain Management area (my username is andrewkantor -- all these user names are getting annoying! I only see one domain: kantor.com. But I have three (now four) registered: kantor.com, whizkid.com, penguinbooks.com, and now mannersguy.com.

 

Any idea why they ain't showing?
