hello

i'm having a major problem with a cgi script which emails from a list. it is a basic email management list.

it worked fine at my previous host. i recently noticed that only 45 of the 2000 subscribers have been receiving updates since the script was moved to totalchoicehosting in the past 2 months.

is there some kind of limit built into the mail server? i tried deleting the first 45 email addresses from the list, and it stopped again at the 45th or so email!

this is really bad for us. our business depends on these people getting the info. i need help fast!!!

thank you

I'd open a ticket on this myself, but I believe that TCH does have a limitation in place to prevent spamming.

I think the limitation will require you to break your e-mail sending up into segments, where each segment must be seperated by 5 minutes time to prevent flipping the "spam" trigger.
