I hope I'm in the right spot for this and I hope I can explain this.

I have an email form at boxturt.com/guitar/ that works just fine.

That is also one of my subdomains and I just noticed that while it is exactly the same page it (the form) does not work when the page comes up as guitar.boxturt.com

It takes you to my 404 page.

The search engines all point to my sub, what do I do? Is it the script or inherent behavior?

Thanks. :)

(try it if you like)

Yes I did. Then I get a "Can't run from here" error - provided courtesy of the script. I guess it thinks by using the absolute path that someone is trying to access it from outside the domain and I think I just answered the question - hang on (lol)

Ok, I'm baaack! I had to add the sub as an ok domain in the mail script as in

So I'm good to go :(

...2 hours it took me - durrrr and all I have is a working script and another head-sized hole in the wall begging for repair...

Hi Guys,

I have just setup a website and am having a hard time getting my FrontPage Form to post. I have configured it to email the results to me.

I have also verified that the FP Extensions are installed on my site.

But, each time I click on the SUBMIT button, I get an error that says,

"This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you publish this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed."

Am I missing something? I watched the tutorial video, and tried looking for a better resource, which is how I found this thread.

Thanks!

You may want to log into your cPanel and make sure that your FP extensions are installed. If they are I would uninstall them and reinstall them and see if that works.
