Hi!

I have 2 domain names (www.a.com and www.b.biz) and 1 silver hosting plan. a.com is pointing to TCH's nameservers. b.biz is forwarding to a.com.

My question:

Is it possible to have a "james@b.biz" email address with just 1 hosting plan? If so, how?

TIA

If you are using an email client other than the webmail, then, yes, you can easily.

You simply setup two different email accounts within the email client and that's that.

I know that in the Microsoft products, they allow you to select which account you want to send form (Outlook 2000 and up) and Outlook Express allows similar if I recall correctly.

Other than that, I make no assurances.

I see. But how am I going to receive emails that were sent to james@b.biz?

I'm sorry. I'm new to this. I've been reading up on MX Record redirection.

Basically, a.com is registered at network solutions. The DNS is set at TCH's nameservers.

b.biz is at Godaddy. Its DNS is parked at Godaddy, but I set the Domain forwarding to a.com.

You need to open a ticket with TCH and have the second domain parked on top of the first.

When that is done go to godaddy and set TCH's domain servers instead of forwarding.

Then you will be able to set up emails for both domains as soon as propagation occurs.
