natimage Posted February 4, 2004 Posted February 4, 2004 Something I learned today. Probably something most people know...but...I didn't!! The color for image borders is determined by the default text color. So, if you want the image borders to have, for example, a purple border, you need to make the default text color purple. Then, using CSS or font tags (still recognized but deprecated), you can set the color of your text! Hope this helps someone out there. btw...this tip is for DWMX. May not apply to DW 4 or DWMX 2004...probably does, though!! Quote
cloudrm Posted February 4, 2004 Posted February 4, 2004 If you use forced alignments/widths, one way around that is to create another table or layer and designate the cell pad or background to the color you want. As far as I can tell it works in all versions. Quote
natimage Posted February 5, 2004 Author Posted February 5, 2004 I never put enough time into thinking about it to be that resourceful, cloudrm! Good thinking, though!! Thumbs Up Quote
