TCH-Thomas Posted February 2, 2004 Posted February 2, 2004 (edited) I was in to secureserver to update the registrar adress for my pending transfer. In the "Transfer Acknowledgement", it says this If you update the administrative email address at your current Registrar you must restart this transfer. To restart the transfer, log in to your account, go to the Domain List, then click the Pending Transfers link and follow the instructions. But there is no intructions to follow on that link. TCH-Thomas Posted February 6, 2004 Author Posted February 6, 2004 Update As many of you in support knows i have been having problems to have my current registrar do approve this transfer. Now they say they will approve it if tch/secureserver sends them a new transfer-request. A few days ago I received a email from secureserver saying i have to do this manually as i understood. From email: You may need to contact your current registrar to resolve this issue. Then you may retry the transfer yourself. In email it was a link if i wanted to send this request. I clicked this link and now it says "pending". But they dont seems to have gotten it. How can i now send this transfer request again to them so they approve it and my nightmare with current registrar ends? Quote
